2.Establish your ring size. You can make use of the online ring size chart, Or make an appointment with us to determine your exact ring size. View size chart

3. You then place your order either by accepting the quote sent you or via a direct purchase from the online store.

4. Once your payment has been received The manufacturing of your ring will commence. The process will take approximately 4 – 6 weeks since each ring ordered is custom made and we do not carry stock on hand.

5. We will contact you when your ring is ready for collection or alternatively shipment will be arranged. Your ring will be accompanied with a certificate of authentication and warranty.

With the exception of our “Ready to Ship” products in the Jewellery Store, all of our Rings are made to order, and generally require a 4-6 week turnaround time. Custom pieces typically require 5-8 weeks. Please contact us for specific lead times or deadline requests.

well as help to decrease the global demand for newly mined  gold and the social/environmental destruction that comes with it.

Yes you can. We can change the stones to any of your choice which we will source for you. ( subject to availability )
We can also change the metal to any of your choice and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes we can, the ring needs to be within +/- 1.5 size from the correct size; further adjustments may or may not be possible depending on the design, and could cause
irreparable damage to the ring. There will be an additional charge for resizing of a ring, which depends on the sizing ratio.

Unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund you on our engagement rings or wedding bands since they are made specially for you on order and we do not carry ready to wear stock of these items.
